COVID-19 PREVENTION PLAN
Dear Colleagues and Clients,
As the circumstances and impact of the COVID-19 virus continue to evolve rapidly, we want to underscore that, above all, our primary concern remains the well-being and safety of staff and their families, clients, and the community. We should all be taking proactive measures to protect against the spread of Coronavirus.
Starting March 16, 2020, CC Laser Clinic will determine what services are essential or urgent, depending on context. Services may be postponed or cancelled as a result and deemed to be the best options to meet patient needs at this critical time. Protection of the public is paramount.

For clients we are now waiving all cancellation fees.

For our staff, we will be scheduling people to maintain social distancing and the following rules are to be followed as per below.

CC Laser Clinic, will do its utmost to maintain a clean and healthy work environment and will continue maximize the frequency and thoroughness of cleaning our clinic.
As recommended by Public Health, one of the most effective ways of reducing the risk of infection or spreading the infection to others is to practice proper hygiene, including washing your hands frequently, avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands and regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces.
For the safety of all staff and clients, please do not come into the Clinic, if:

If your neighbourhood or local community is experiencing an outbreak.

If you, or anyone you live with, are experiencing any illness whatsoever, and particularly, if you are experiencing flu like symptoms such as cough, fever, or shortness of breath.

If you, or anyone you live with, have been in close contact with anyone who has developed a fever, cough or is experiencing shortness of breath.

If you have travelled outside of the country within the last 14 days.

Public Health Agency of Canada is recommending any travelers self-isolate for 14 days after your return from travel outside of the country.

Please notify CC Laser Clinic if you have travelled outside the country within the last 14 days, or if you intend to travel outside the country.

If you suspect you have contracted the COVID-19 virus, please contact CC Laser Clinic, in addition to the self-reporting requirements as dictated by government health authorities.
We will continue to actively monitor the impact and following the advice and recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada to ensure the well-being and safety of all staff and clients.
